Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Miami Party Supply 360, operated by Mónica María Prieto Betancur LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service for every event. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and weather-related changes.

By booking any service with us, you agree to this policy.


1. Deposit Policy

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit:

  • Standard events: $50.00

  • Special packages or large events: $99.00

The deposit is applied toward your final balance and cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.

Deposits are only refundable if:

  • Miami Party Supply 360 cancels the service due to internal issues.

In all other cases, deposits are non-refundable.


2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your event:

Cancellations made 15+ days before the event

  • Deposit can be converted into credit for a future date.

  • Credit is valid for one use and subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 15 days

  • Deposit is not refundable and cannot be converted into credit.

Same-day cancellations

  • The client must pay 80% of the total service cost, since the date and labor have been fully allocated.


3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change, so we allow rescheduling under the following conditions:

  • Free rescheduling if requested with 7+ days of advance notice

  • Rescheduling with less notice is subject to availability

  • The deposit can be moved one time only to the new date

  • Additional changes may require a new deposit

If no new date is available, the deposit remains non-refundable.


4. Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds on:

  • Deposits

  • Cancellations due to weather

  • Client emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

  • Venue-related issues such as power outages, access restrictions, or incomplete permits

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Miami Party Supply 360 cancels the event internally

  • Equipment failure caused by us prevents services from being performed

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.


5. Weather Policy

Weather conditions can interfere with event services, especially outdoor bookings.

We do NOT provide refunds due to weather.

If it is raining or conditions are unsafe and the client does not have a covered area:

  • The event must be rescheduled without penalty

  • The rescheduled date must be within our availability

  • One free date change is allowed

Services will not be performed during rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe outdoor conditions.


6. Service Interruptions

Miami Party Supply 360 is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

  • Power outages

  • Poor lighting conditions

  • Unsafe environments

  • Lack of access for setup

  • Venue delays

  • Miscommunication about event address or timing

No refunds or credits will be issued for these situations.


7. Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid the day of the event before services begin

  • Some large events may require full payment 24 hours prior

Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.


8. Agreement

By booking with Miami Party Supply 360, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms described in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
