This Disclaimer outlines the limitations of liability for all services provided by Miami Party Supply 360, operated by Mónica María Prieto Betancur LLC. By booking or using any service, the client agrees to the terms below.

1. General Liability Limitations

Miami Party Supply 360 is not responsible for:

• Damages caused by guests, children, pets, or third parties

• Incidents resulting from the client not following staff instructions

• Delays caused by traffic, parking restrictions, venue rules, or incorrect event information

• Interruptions due to power issues, insufficient space, or poor venue conditions

• Weather-related disruptions when the event is outdoors without proper coverage

• Equipment malfunction caused by unsafe or unsuitable environmental conditions

2. Equipment Damage or Misuse

Clients are financially responsible for:

• Any damage to photobooths, machines, special effects, lighting, or props

• Loss or theft of equipment or accessories during the event

• Cleaning or restoration required due to spills, burns, or mishandling

Fees will be assessed based on repair or replacement cost.

3. Safety Conditions & Restrictions

For safety reasons, services cannot be performed:

• Near pools, beaches, or wet sand

• On grass or unstable terrain

• Under rain unless a fully covered area is provided

• In cramped or unsafe spaces

• Without proper ventilation when required (e.g., special effects)

Photobooth platforms must not exceed their weight limits, and machines must only be operated by staff.

4. Special Effects Disclaimer

For services involving fog, cold sparks, smoke, bubbles, or LED lighting:

• Miami Party Supply 360 follows standard safety procedures

• The client must confirm that the venue allows these effects

• We are not responsible for fire alarm activation, sprinkler systems, or venue penalties

If a venue prohibits effects upon arrival, no refunds will be issued.

5. Photography & Media

For photobooth services:

• Client understands that image quality depends on lighting conditions

• Miami Party Supply 360 is not responsible for low-light environments

• The client grants permission to use event photos or videos for promotional purposes
  Clients may request to opt out in writing.

6. Limitations Due to Venue Access

Miami Party Supply 360 is not liable for:

• Delays caused by lack of accessible parking

• Long walking distances to setup areas

• Elevators or stairs restricting equipment transportation

• Venues that deny entry upon arrival

• Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client

No refunds are provided when setup is impossible due to client or venue issues.

7. Force Majeure

The company is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by factors beyond control, including:

• Extreme weather

• Accidents

• Road closures

• Natural disasters

• Sudden illness or emergencies

In such cases, the event may be rescheduled without penalty.

8. Agreement

By booking a service, the client acknowledges and accepts all limitations detailed in this Disclaimer.
