These Payment Terms apply to all services provided by Miami Party Supply 360, operated by Mónica María Prieto Betancur LLC. By booking with us, the client agrees to the following conditions.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Miami Party Supply 360 accepts:

• Zelle

• Cash

• Credit/Debit Cards (may include additional processing fees)

No checks are accepted unless previously approved.

2. Deposit Requirements

To secure a date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required:

• $50 for standard bookings

• $99 for special packages or large events

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance must be paid:

• On the day of the event before services begin, or

• 24 hours before for large or corporate events

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Additional Fees

Extra charges may apply for:

a. Hourly Extensions

• Photobooth 360: $100/hour

• iPad Photobooth: $120/hour

• Food Stations: $70–$90/hour depending on station

b. Travel

• Miami-Dade: Free delivery

• Broward: $50–$60

• Other areas: Custom quote

c. Damage or Excessive Cleaning

Client is responsible for any repair, replacement, or extra cleaning fees if:

• Equipment is damaged

• Props or accessories are broken or lost

• Machines are used improperly

• Food/drink spills damage machines or backdrops

Fees depend on the cost of repair or replacement.

5. Late Payments

If the remaining balance is not paid by the scheduled start time:

• Service will not begin until payment is completed

• If payment is delayed by more than 30 minutes, the event may be considered canceled

• No refunds will be issued for loss of service time caused by late payment

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute filed without legitimate reason will result in:

• Immediate cancellation of any upcoming services

• A claim filed with evidence (contracts, messages, photos, etc.)

• Possible additional legal or processing fees

The client agrees to contact Miami Party Supply 360 first to resolve payment issues.

7. Pricing Updates

Prices may be updated at any time.
Once a deposit is paid, the quoted price for that specific event is honored.

8. Agreement

By completing a booking or making any payment, the client acknowledges and accepts all Payment Terms listed here.
